Please be advised that we are aware of the continued issue with the Chicago server and the downtime you are facing.
The server itself is not down, no data has been lost or is in any danger. The problem is with the Data Center itself having some IP/DNS issuess. We are told that their techs are working on the problem. We are not the only ones effected.

We think they have it resolved now...FINALLY...and we're testing now. Apparently they set the IPs to the wrong network mask during routine maintenance.
Again, no data was lost.
